ABOUT

A career built on business, negotiation, and mediation.

The conviction behind Yes

I am Alessandra Corrêa, founder of Yes.

Yes was born from the conviction that people, relationships, dialogue, and results are deeply connected.

Throughout my professional journey, I have learned that differences, divergences, and conflicts—when addressed through dialogue and with a focus on mutually beneficial solutions—often lead to more sustainable and effective outcomes than adversarial or third-party-imposed solutions.

I have also learned that it is possible to develop and refine the behavioral and interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships, navigate differences and disputes, and negotiate successful agreements.

These are the goals of Yes: to help build and develop these soft skills, facilitate dialogue, mediate conflicts, and assist in negotiations.

Applied experience for people and organizations

My experience with family businesses has brought me the conviction that facing conversations on controversial or sensitive topics, truly listening to what others have to say, knowing how to consider different arguments and points of view, co-creating solutions, and knowing how to negotiate and influence are fundamental aspects for the development of professionals and the evolution of teams and organizations.

This certainty, along with the belief that lifelong learning is key to personal and professional development, led me to pursue specialized training in conflict mediation, negotiation and conflict management, futuring, difficult conversations, and governance.

Currently, I teach and lead training programs in negotiation, communication, and soft skills at Head Energia, working closely with executives and professionals in the Brazilian power sector. I also provide executive mentoring, corporate training, individual consulting, lectures, workshops, dialogue facilitation, and projects focused on negotiation, communication, conflict management, and decision-making processes
